Single stage screw compressor Compress air from 1 bar directly to 8 bar or 10 bar with one airend. Due to high compression ratio, there will be air leakage during the compression process. Two-stage compression screw compressor uses two different airends for the compression process. The compression ratio of the Two stage compressor is smaller than that of single stage compressor, which reduce the compression air leakage. Accordingly, improved the free air delivery. With same motor power, Two stage compression screw compressor can provide more air delivery than single stage compressor.
